Blake Summers

    Coach Summers is entering his 1st season as an assistant softball coach at East Coweta High School. He was an assistant baseball coach for 4 years at Thomas County Central and helped with softball before moving to Newnan, Ga. Prior to coaching at Thomas County Central, he was an assistant coach at Thomas University.
    Upon Graduation from High School, Coach Summers attended Daytona State College for 2 years as a middle infielder and outfielder. After Daytona State, he then transferred to Thomas University to finish his final 2 years of baseball and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. After completing his Bachelor’s Degree, Coach Summers went on to get his teaching degree through South Georgia RESA. In 2021, he graduated from Georgia Southwestern with a Masters Degree in Special Education.
    Coach Summers is married to Mallory Summers. They have a daughter named Emersyn and a son named Grayson.
